Returns/Refunds Policy
Should you choose to return the goods then you must notify us within 7 working days beginning with the day after the receipt of the goods.Cancellation notification must be made in writing or E-mail but not by telephone. The postage charge for sending the goods will be deducted from any refund and the customer is liable for any postal charges incurred for returning the goods to us. In the event that we need to recover the goods then any direct costs we incur will be met by the customer. At any time after the cancellation the customer has the duty to retain possesion of the goods and take reasonable care of them until such time as they are returned to us. Returned goods must be in the original packaging, unused and have proof of purchase enclosed before any refunds will be given.
